We are delighted to invite you to join the members of London Constructing Excellence Club for our convivial annual review of the construction year past and a strategic look forward into the year ahead.

If you are not (yet) a member of London Constructing Excellence Club this is your opportunity to attend one of our events free of charge and to connect with the Constructing Excellence movement in London.

Alison Nicholl, Head of Constructing Excellence (CE) @constructingexc

Alison has a background in knowledge transfer, driving innovation and change into the construction sector both in the UK and overseas. Alison is Head of Constructing Excellence, where she works with its members and wider movement to drive positive change in the built environment. Alison has a passion for transforming the construction sector into a more innovative, inclusive and sustainable industry.

Alison will provide us with her customary (re)introduction to the CE movement and its current situation, and provide an outline of the drivers of and focus areas for the year ahead.

Richard Hill, Director, Currie & Brown @CurrieBrown

Richard Hill is a long-standing Director of Cost Consultancy and Construction Market Analyst at Currie & Brown - a leading physical assets management and construction consultancy, employing around 2,000 employees across 60 offices globally.

Richard will precis the current economic landscape; analyse the construction market including the factors influencing growth and inflation; outline the global and UK economic outlook; provide Currie & Brown’s forward look on the commercial landscape, and, summarise the key takeaways for the year ahead.
