Tuesday 8th October 2024, 1800 for 1830 start
-
AluK Design Studio, 5-11 Worship Street, London, EC2A 2BH
Our speaker, Jon de Souza, will discuss how Galliford Try has changed its innovation delivery since the creation of an internal team with responsibility for research. This will include how Galliford Try has leveraged government innovation incentives to grow its capacity and capability to deliver primary research and how this work has been used to support organisational change. Jon will also provide an overview of some of the research projects carried out within the company.
This will be a ‘warts and all’ presentation, sharing not only the successes but some of the barriers and challenges faced in attempting to deliver meaningful change in an industry slow to adopt new ways of working.
