Design District: From Concept Design to a Stunning Operational Workspace
The background story to London’s first permanent, purpose-built workspace for the creative industries

We are delighted to invite LCEC members to a client + consultant presentation and guided tour of Knight Dragon’s vibrant new Design District - London's first permanent, purpose-built workspace for the creative industries.
The District consists of sixteen outstanding buildings, by eight pioneering architects, located on the Greenwich Peninsular. It supports an ecosystem of creative businesses and helps foster connections through affordable spaces, comprehensive facilities and a thriving events programme.

There are only a limited number of places available on this exclusive tour – places will be allocated in booking order, with a priority given to LCEC Members. However, we will operate a wait-list for those members and non-members who are not able to secure a place when first booking.
This is a completed development which is now open to the public, there are no particular health/safety/PPE/mobility requirements for this tour.
The tour will start at The Now Gallery.
Attendees’ details will be provided to the client, for entry security purposes.

The London Constructing Excellence Club (LCEC) is a membership organisation running events for the benefit of the members. Corporate members of Constructing Excellence (CE) may nominate any CE Club (including the LCEC) as their club. In return, CE will pay £100 towards their club membership fee.
