Matthew Rollins is now leading the ABB Robotics UK drive as Business Development Manager to promote automation within the Construction Industry. Having previously enjoyed several roles across various industries within automation and robotics over the past 17 years, he draws from his extensive range of knowledge and involvement in the introduction of innovative technology to deliver return on investment.


Dermot Lynch is the Head of Business Development & External Affairs in the UK. He leads ABB’s collaborative growth initiatives involving robotics, electrification & automation across diverse sectors including construction, food & beverage, chemicals & energy. Dermot also leads ABB’s government engagement & policy strategy. Prior to joining ABB Dermot worked for 10 years in Energy markets involved in market transformations relating to renewable power and mobility. Dermot has held leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Strategy. HE is currently focused on developing ABB’s core strategic pillars of Industrial Digitalisation & Net Zero.
